5. Bet Tracking Service

Zort is a tracking and analytical tool designed to help users monitor their sports betting activities. We do not facilitate, process, or place bets.

5.2 No Gambling Services

Zort does not provide gambling services, accept wagers, or facilitate betting transactions. Users are solely responsible for their betting activities conducted through third-party platforms.

5.3 Responsible Use

You acknowledge that gambling can be addictive and agree to use our App responsibly. We encourage users to set limits and seek help if gambling becomes problematic.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the App, including bet slips, comments, and profile information ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for operating and improving the App.
